Subscription Terms

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online, in your account.
1. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax we are required to collect. Each renewal is charged at the start of the new period to the payment method you used, at the price shown when you subscribed, unless we tell you about a change as described in Section 5.
Creator codes: some creators share a code that lowers the price of the first year of the Yearly plan. The lower price applies to the first year only; the plan then renews at the regular Yearly price. We show both prices, and the renewal price, before you pay.
2. Your consent
Before you pay, we show the price, how often you'll be charged, that the plan renews automatically, and how to cancel. You subscribe only by ticking a separate box that confirms you agree to the automatic renewal. We keep a record of that consent.
3. Confirmation
After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with your plan, its price and frequency, the automatic renewal terms, and how to cancel. You also receive a receipt for each payment.
4. Reminders
- Yearly plan: we email you a reminder about 30 days before each renewal, with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
- All plans: once a year, we email you a reminder of your plan, its price and frequency, and how to cancel.
5. Price and material changes
If we change the price of your plan or materially change it, we will email you between 7 and 30 days before the change takes effect, with how to cancel. If you don't want the change, cancel before it applies.
6. How to cancel
Open Account, then Cancel plan. We may show you one offer to stay; Cancel anyway cancels right away. No email, call or survey required. You can also cancel by writing to hello@copydating.com from the address linked to your account; we process those requests within one business day.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not charged again. Deleting all your data from your account cancels your plan immediately, with no further charges; cancel instead if you want to keep access until the end of the period.
7. Refunds
Payments are not refundable, including for partially used periods, except where the law requires a refund or as stated in our Terms (Section 10). If you believe you were charged in error, write to hello@copydating.com within 60 days and we will look into it promptly.
8. The 5-chat pack
The pack unlocks 5 conversations. It is a one-time payment, it does not renew, and the chats don't expire. They are tied to your account: deleting your account deletes unused chats.
9. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your payment processor may retry it for a short period. If it still fails, your plan ends and you are not charged.
10. On your statement
Charges appear as COPYDATING.COM.
